Respected Sir,
i am working with sediment transport around complex structure. When I have using The K-w model the place of scour is different and un accurate. However with the same parameter using the LES turbulence model, the scour is showing at accurate position and scour depth are also accurate.

Kindly help I have to incorporate K w model. because there is no study using LES turbulence model using REEF3D

Thank you

That is interesting.

Have you used the same grids for the k-w and LES based simulations?
Strictly speaking, LES will demand a more refined grid and can already be a reason for an improved result.

There should not be anything that stops you from using the LES model in REEF3D to simulate a benchmark case for sediment transport?

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the reply. I have checked the grid size, it's similar in both the turbulence model. I have gone through your recent publication named Large-eddy simulations of gravity currents in the presence of waves. Now, I am incorporating the LES Turbulence model for this study. Thank you, sir for your valuable suggestion.

Thanks
