Also, I have another question, when the structure is set to "floating.stl", is there an interaction force between the sediment and the structure? Currently, my understanding is that when the structure is set to "solid.stl", there is no interaction between the sediment and the structure, is this idea correct?

At the moment there is no direct interaction between moving solids and sediment other than through the flow and resulting bed shear stresses.

How do fluids and sediment interact with each other? Is sediment set as the immersion boundary of water?

Through the bed shear stress.

When sediment is washed away, will it react against the water flow? For example, reducing water flow speed and changing direction?

The sediment transport changes the flow through the altered bathymetry.
