Interaction of sediment and structures

Also, I have another question, when the structure is set to "floating.stl", is there an interaction force between the sediment and the structure? Currently, my understanding is that when the structure is set to "solid.stl", there is no interaction between the sediment and the structure, is this idea correct?

At the moment there is no direct interaction between moving solids and sediment other than through the flow and resulting bed shear stresses.

The sediment transport changes the flow through the altered bathymetry.
