Hi, REEF3D team
Thanks to your software. During the process of using, I have two questions: 1. Can I obtain the scour depth data of all points on the topo plane (here are all points, not individual point output by the P61 option), and output the data in the form of (x, y, z)? 2. Can I obtain pressure on a certain surface of the structure (not data from a certain line of option P62)? |

you can do this from paraview.
1. for the sediment bed, it is defined by topo=0. For a 2D simulation, you get this with a contour topo= 0 on the slice, for a 3D simulation , contour topo= 0 on the vtu file. Select the contour on the left and go to file> save data. Save the arrays you want. You get a csv output with the coordinates and elevations (check the variables that have the appropriate data) 2. Similarly, define a clip on a slice for the region of interest and save data for that region (select appropriate variables, in this case just the pressure array)
