Polar Plots or Data Extraction

I want to draw a polar plot in tecplot with a 360° distribution along the circumference of a solid wall, the example is as follows, how can I do it? , and also I found the polar plot drawing option in tecplot, but I did not get the result I wanted after I made the corresponding option.
