It occurs after partition and not due to...

It occurs after partition and not due to iteration. Try running in serial or less number of cores or try changing partition method. It could be a software issue.

It is difficult to understan what is happening...

It is difficult to understan what is happening from the given info, nevertheless try this. Is it converging to steady state after 20s? Try removing convergence stop criteria.
