You might have convergence problems with isolated...

You might have convergence problems with isolated volumes that is why the check is there! Your volumes look identical so you will probably be able to get away with it.

I think you will find you will get isolated fluid volume error regardless of whether you use 1 domain or 42 domains.

To get this to run you are going to have to use the isolated fluid volumes...
