macro will affect the performance?

thanks a lot for your help. but Macro is in the GUI also will affect the performance? we are running on the Linux commend. so not sure how to setup iteration time in command line in linux

i am using linux command to run Starccm+ but it seems non-stop and waste a lot of POD lincense times.
