I don't know how to split edges..i need to have the thicknesses without blocks and i don't have any ideas i can do it!

Hi, I'm a beginner of Ansys stuff and I've got to study the behavior of a spray for a little project.
The problem is that I'm trying to mesh with blocking method, but I don't know how to build up...
