Hi all,
I try to calculate a pulsating pressure field with the table function but unfortunately I don't know the units of the defined pressure. Is it relative or absolute in [Pa] or [bar] or whatever?? On page 2-16 of the manual is an example and the pressure is defined in [bar] units ( I guess) but this must be a mistake. So any idea??? Thanks in advance James |

The pressure is in Pa and is relative to the reference pressure.

I've enquired similar question to CD Ltd before. STAR-CD is always using IS unit system. Regards, Jiaying
