How can i make this prohpc to work, when i'm trying to split the files for a parallel run it only split the geom file and nothing else.

You have to go through all steps (decompose, link, create directories (distributed data), copy data and start the case) in ProHPC.

Unless you are doing a restart, the geom file is the only file that needs to be split. All the others are copied without change to the right locations.
