High Re Spalart Allmaras

Ok, so there's a low Re and a high Re version of the Spalart Allmaras model in Star-CD.What exactly is the difference, because the Methodology manual states that the high Re version is treated in much the same way as the low Re version and does not use a wall function. What I actually would like to know is: what should the yplus range be? I know the yplus range should be between 30 and 100 if a wall function is used, but the SA does not and the Methodology manual has nothing more to say about this model.
