how to expend the table

when i define a table, there are only 500 lines can be used, sometimes the dsta are exceed 500, how can we expend the table. another question: if the data in table as following: time V 1000 2 1000 0

these data means when time is 1000- the velosity is 2 m/s, and when time is 1000+ the velosity is 0, that is the velosity changes at time 1000. is this definition right?

if the data in table as following: time V 1000 2 1000 0 the data shown talbe is that the velosity between time 1000 and 2000 is decrease linearly, if we want the velosity to be 0 after time 1000, how can we settle it?
