Can't get server:No server lines in license file

1. After I restalled my star-CD,when I run prostar,it says that: Failed to get all 1 licenses needed for the job
press any key for continue... 2. When I check the license manager status,it says that: Can't get server:No server lines in license file |

Did you supply your agent the name of the server it should be run on?
