with the limitted output options of CCM+, which import scheme should be used? I have tried a scheme that uses .case files but it threw me an error. Do i need to export the mesh with the results? I was trying to export the x-position as well as the y-velocity magnitude
Thanks! |

You can use 'Table' facility prvoided under 'Tools' in CCM+. Specify 'input parts' and type of table (generally xyz internal table) and first 'extract' and then 'export' as .csv or similar kind of formats. I think it should help you.

The latest version of Tecplot is able to directly read STAR-CCM+ (ccm file) data.

Apologies to revive an old thread. I was wondering if you could please tell me how to load .ccm file into the tecplot 360 2017. I am unable to find a suitable loader and getting errors. Which loader should i use? I´ve attached the image of the loaders available to chose from here. Thank you for the direction. |
