Hi,
I`m using Star-CCM in order to predict the drag of a vessel. Pressure Forces are predicted (assuming a 5% error) correctly but Shear Forces are too low. Obviously I run turbulent flow with RANS turbulence models, specifically k-epsilon two equations model (the Realizable one). Does anybody know what parameters of the corresponding turbulence model have to be changed for increasing the shear forces? Thanks a lot. |
