ghaziat New Member Ahmed Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	Hi All, I'm a new student and i have been taking CFD course. The doctor at the university asked us to choose one idea to use it in CFD after model it in SolidWorks. Actually, i have chosen to model Gate Valve. I have no idea what parameters and values i have to use as initial, boundary conditions and other important parameters. Please help me in this project and i'm wondering that, if i can find tutorials for how to model a gate valve (industrial Gate Valve) and simulate it in STAR CCM+ to check the pressure drop and Cv and the flow path. Your support will be appreciated in this important matter. Thanks,
