Prism layer mesher

Hello,

I need to calculate wall temperature, so I need the interface fluid/wall to be thiner, so I need to activate the option in interface fluid/wall:
mesh conditions-> Interface prism layer Option-> tick Grow Prism from interface box.

The thing is that: when I have two different meshes, 1 for the wall and 1 for the fluid, the 'mesh condition' in the interface fluid/wall disapear!!

Why are you using two mesh continuums? If you are calculating CHT, you want a conformal mesh, which requires you to use one.

If I use juste one mesh, the meshes are two big inside the wall. For exemple, the wall thickess is 7 mm and the meshes are 5cm .. it means that there is only 1 cell inside the wall.

You can make the prism layer thickness whatever you want on any boundary or interface, there is no limitation on how many core cells you have because of the prism layer. Even if there were, I don't see how using two mesh continua solves that problem.
