Auto Start StarCCM+ simulations one another in a batch.

I am currently working on 8 different simulations, each simulation takes 4-5 hours. I want to create a batch system in which after completion of one simulation another file open and run automatically stops at specified time save its data close and open another and run it. same as we put the downloads in queue after completing the one another starts automatically.
it will save my lot of time if anyone could help me how to do it in starCCM+ if it is possible . |

May be you can use Java Macro For this purpose.

Wouldn't be a shell script the better choice for this task? You would simply add 8 lines for the 8 cases. Something like:
#!/bin/sh starccm+ case1.sim starccm+ case2.sim starccm+ case3.sim ... starccm+ case8.sim |

batch script is the way to go, use this all the time,
