Hey,
I am trying to build a quite ambitious mesh (over 100M cells), but am unsure of the best wya to do this. I've tried using 2 machines, with 1 process each to build it but I get a memory exception error. Is anyone aware of problems while meshing in parallel devices? Or is it safer to just use 1 computer, 1 core? Thanks in advance!

I have made meshes in excess of 800M easy, but you have to use several machines.
What type of mesh are you making? I would not recommend making a polymesh that big, but the trimmer is easy. |

Right, I was using poly since the flow is in porous medium and is not really aligned with a specific direction. From my experience poly meshes had better chances to converge, but I'll try a trimmed one now.
