Hi all
I am running several tests on fluid flow past a ship to acquire the wake profile. Thus far there is no problem but I want to use these wakes as a velocity inlet boundary condition for another problem let's say propeller test. Any idea how to extract the values and more importantly; how to apply them as an "Inlet boundary" ? Here is what I mean by the things I said: https://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/at...1&d=1501590520 |

place a section plane in the location then create a table and extract the values required eg velocity pressure tke and export this to a csv file then import this as a table in the other sim and set the table as the inlet method
