How to model/use MRF approach if i have very less clearance between Rotating region and wall, Ex: Impeller and Casing?

Just include the casing in the MRF region and set the velocity on the casing such that it's stationary.

If you put the impeller and casing in an MRF they act as if they're rotating with the MRF. All you want to do is change the boundary condition on the casing and set the velocity so that it's stationary with respect to the MRF.
