How to write a java (or any other means) to calculate PMV (predicted Mean Vote)

Hi,

Actually, i am really struggling to implement PMV in Star-CCM+. Can anyone please help me how to write a java to calculate the PMV? I am a new user and don't have much experience

I have seen the TCM (thermal comfort model) in Star-CCM+, but it is only for passengers in vehicle. I am simulating ventilation of and office room with a simple cylinder (considered as occupant).

Info: As far as i understand it is possible to calculate all parameters in PMV except the ''clothing surface temperature (tcl)'' and the ''heat transfer coefficient (hc)'', because these two quantities depends on each other. Thus, in order to calculate them, the clothing temperature and the convective heat transfer coefficient must be calculated iteratively (see the attachment).

In theory one could use Simulation Operations, but obtaining the PWM would be hard in case of many people present in the facility - it has to be calculated for each of them separately.

Isn't there a simpler way - to calculate it evaluating some field function based on temperature, velocity, humidity, cloth thermal resistance etc?
