I have a 35 knot VOF simulation of a hydrofoil that keeps crashing when the last part of the "pre simulation wake" is about to hit the outlet boundary. Just before the wake picture is about to settle. I guess it has with reversed flow at the outlet to do. Any tricks to prevent this?

Hello,
Please, i do not understand what you means by that.
You just "Enable Damping" or you choose a "Correct Damping in the Outlet Properties"?

Hi hxax, are there any tutorials on VOF hydofoil simulations for STARCCM+? I would be grateful if you could point me to some resources. Thank you.
