Hi guys

I am simulating flow over a 2D airfoil in STAR-CCM+. I want to inject fluid from a small portion on the airfoil. For that i created a small patch near the Trailing Edge of the airfoil (giving split command inorder to seperate it from the remaining airfoil.)
I have meshed the domain with prism layer, trimmer and surface remesher. The domain taken is C- domain whose picture has been attached.
The airfoil is assigned as No-slip BC with the slit as Velocity inlet with 10m/s with the inlet velocity to the outer domain 109m/s. I have tried with mass flow rate BC for the slit but still i am not able to get the outflow from the surface. I am not able the get the desired action. I hereby attach the scalar plot .Kindly help me out to resolve this issue

Thanks in advance
John
