Hello everybody,
It is a pleasure to finally post in the forum after having read for so long. Letīs go right to it. At the moment I have a structure meshed at 7 million cells. When I try to mesh finer (I should, it seems to coarse for the study), right at the point where the volume mesh is being created, I get the following error message in red letters: A request for memory failed. This is typically due to insufficient virtual memory. Command: GenerateVolumeMesh Here is the thing, the PC has 32GB of RAM, so that doesnīt seem to be the problem. Yet, the memory is failing somehow. Does anybody know what could be happening? Apparently what is underlined in red in the image reaches its maximum. |
