Slice the bodies with a plane, create a sketch on that plane, then project the edges from the slice onto the sketch.

Really thanks, it works !
But now i have another problem, its completly impossible to extrude :/

Extrude 1 : Wire Body created from Sketch is invalid.

Ive check many times my sketch, and the wire is totally closed (all in blue or black), but i have 2 point undelible, may its the problem?

The sketch:

I resolved my problem, i hidden the curve ^^'
So i duplicated the sketch 1, the curve appear, and i delete it, (and also the sketch 1)

And then find out that sketch contains open loops - although a closed loop of edges was projected, aha.

Projecting anything more complicated than a box, not to mention complicated B-Surf, - is a risky operation in Star since 3D-CAD Modeler is a bug nest.

For sure, I spent a little time to reconnect cured curves, but I success! Know it works
But I want to do in 3D now, I have the car model, but a lots of body and sheets
Is there any tools to """wrap"" the exterior volume?
