Hi,
I am performing a hull resistance prediction in Star CCM. Whenever I initialize my solution after meshing, definition of physical and numerical model. My volume seems to be non-existent. I do not know if the problem stems from my initila CAD geometry or something else (PS: I'm kinda new in this). Here is a free surface of my hull.

Thanks for your response. But if I may inquire, what do you mean by "a strict rule". If there is one what would it imply for my geometry.

PS: The geometry was designed on Rhino and converted to a step file.
