Hi all,
I am trying to create a 2D mesh which looks like the one below. Red lines are the connecting elements and blueish green are the nodes. (please view desired mesh image) The best I have been able to do is shown in the progress pictures 1 and 2. I have tired to use the curved tool to create the round exterior of the mesh but this is not working for me. Perhaps I have been using it incorrect? If anyone could recommend to me if this is possible or provide an alternative that would be great! I have also tried to introduce a cylindrical part coincident with the circle and fit to the tube domains edges but i encounter an error: "Parts have been badged for 2D Meshing, but their descriptions have changed and are no longer valid for 2D Meshing. The following parts have surfaces that are not coplanar with the 2D plane: Body 1 Cylinder (introduced part)" Thank you all in advance! |
