Scene visualisation on Star CCM+

Hi! I just installed Star CCM+ on a new computer and everything seems to be working fine, no error messages anywhere. But when I import a geometry or try to create a cad model, the scene doesn't work. I mean, I tried to import a geometry and this is what happens
