Extrapolation of Streamlines on Surfaces

Hi,

I'm currently studying a single inlet flow stream with two exit planes. With the help of forward & backward streamlines, I can visualize the stream splitting. However, I'm interested in whether it would be possible to extrapolate these streamlines on the wall surfaces. In other words, how is it possible to define a surface mask to visualize the dividing stream?

As example of a "mask" I added a photo.
