Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to enable GPU Acceleration in Star CCM and how much this accelerates the iteration time?

Hello cwl, thanks for your reply.

I already checked in the help documentation, but I didn't find some information about this.

I don't know if this option is only available in the newest version of the software.

I asked this because I used the new tool of Ansys, called Discovery, where you can run some simulations really fast and it uses only GPU calculation.

It's a really good tool and I'm looking for some application like this in Star CCM+.

I don't think CCM+ has it at the moment.

Yes, only starting v2022.1 and only for Linux and only for incompressible flows - as for now.
