Surface intersect itself error message while doing volume meshing

I was trying to volume mesh an assembly. Before that itself using surface repair option , I had made sure that there were no errors in the geometry. Still, when I am trying to do volume meshing ,error message "the surface intersect itself " is showing . The volume mesh is getting failed. What should I do to rectify this?

Right-click your parts and select Repair Surface - to check where that happens.

Did you check the tessalated (like "geometry") surface - or the remeshed (by Automatic Mesher) surface?

Check the remeshed surface - it is used during construction of the volume mesh.

Before that itself using surface repair option , I had made sure that there were no errors in the geometry.
