Mating Parts in 3D-CAD?

Default Mating Parts in 3D-CAD?

I've imported multiple parasolid bodies into 3D-CAD. I am now trying to position them relative to each other (i.e. Part A is 5cm above Part B)... but I don't see any way to create a reference mate? I'm much more familiar with Solidworks and I'm still learning how 3D-CAD works. Thanks!
