Coupling of polyhedral mesh

May I know whether it is possible to couple two or more bodies with polyhedral mesh and do simulation in starch+?

For example,in starcd we can couple two or more computational blocks with different hexagonal mesh topology when the geometry is complicated.I would like to know whether blocks with different tetrahedral mesh topoly can be coupled in starccm or not
