Hello,
I'm doing an analysis of a system that has a sputtered thin film. Sputtering usually results in a residual stress in the film and I would like to know how do I assign the stress value (a known parameter) to the thin film in my system. I assume it is possible with APDL commands such as inistate, but I can't find any suitable example of such APDL code. |
