2D Interpolation with APDL

Hi Friends,
I have heat transfer coefficient for 2 nodes and I want to tell ansys workbench to interpolate the heat transfer value for all nodes between these two nodes in a 2D transient thermal analysis. I have to write a small APDL Code, but I have unfortunately no experience with that. I would really appreciate it, if anyone of you could share his/ her experience with me.
