Hinge Analysis of a box

The lid of the box is hinged with the base of the box. I need to find the deformation and stress when the box is opened at an angle of 125 degree. basically need to find that the hinge (rod) is able to withstand the continuous load of the Lid. how to set up the analysis in Ansys WB. I used transient structural analysis. but error. also find the operation life cycle of the hinges.
