residual monitor for su2

Dear SU2 community,

If you are like me, you might like to see a visualization of the residuals in real time during the SU2 run. I found some time recently to create a python GUI.

The turbomachinery section in SU2 still uses the old output. I have now made an update such that it automatically checks if the history file uses the old output format.
