I am getting an error message " Please remove the line boundary conditions from the mesh file" while using TNE2-Euler solver. My test case is a semicircular geometry which is rotated by 3 degrees in 3rd (phi) direction. I am setting the bottom axis as symmetry boundary but is giving this error, What should be done?

This error indicates that there is extra information in the mesh file that the mesh file parsing code was not expecting. SU2 expects the file to have the nodes identifying as belonging to a boundary, but not what type of boundary condition it is. The type of boundary condition is set within the config file. You can try opening your mesh file and removing the extra lines, or re-exporting your mesh without specifying the types of boundary conditions. (the names of the boundaries should still be specified). |
