Default Direction of the pitching moment

Hello,

I do not know the direction of pitching moment,which rising the airplane is positive or negative. Could you help me?

The aerospace convention is that a positive pitch is nose-up.

Is this convention respected by SU2 too right?

While could it be that XFOIL uses the counterclockwise convention? (positive = counterclockwise)
