Problem in rotating wind turbine

Hi,
i am working on Rotating wind turbine problem. I ran the configuration file and had following error:-
1. It doesn't take interface marker of my mesh file
2. The torque should be periodic but its not.
please help me with that.
I am attaching my configuration file
