Well, I got a 5R radial, 5R upwind and 15R downwind domain around the blade with radious R. And I got to maintain y+<1.
Where should I reduce mesh density?

How many nodes are on wind turbine? maximum 70-100 nodes may be enough.

reduce mesh in upstream and downstream blocks. First try mesh with Y+ > 30

70-100 on the entire turbine surface?? R is 29 m, so it looks few nodes to me.

Don't you mean 70-100,000 nodes?

I meant 70-100 nodes along blade length. Maximum 10-12 nodes in boundary layer.

Ok. 10-12 nodes normal to the blade or in the airfoil section perimeter?

So 70-100 nodes around the airfoil perimeter, 10-12 normal.
Considering chord is about 1m, and inlet is 145m away, which max size can I use for the inlet? The same for outlet which is 435m away.

Thanks!
