[ANSYS Meshing] hex mesh creation

I have spent a lot of time to create like mesh below but I couldn't ,I don't know how can I split this shape (my problem in geometry like : split and slice ..... etc , not in mesh creation )

please if any one knows tells me as fast as time because I must submit it this week
I don't know how can split this shape

Do you mean that the picture you attached is what you want but you cant get it? Try make planes parallel to these surfaces and then slice from those planes.
