Default refining the mesh in the depth

hi , this is a cross section of the domain. i wanted to do a refinement in ansys mesher , but it only refine the exterior surface of the nozzles (like it is showing in the photo). i want to refine in the depth of the domain at the jet flow region where there is serious turbulence . any help please
