Have you tried putting a face sizing on each nozzle with a smaller element size than that assigned to the body? Or you could make a body or bodies in DesignModeler (or similar) and use them as a Body of Influence in the Body Sizing around each or all of the nozzles depending on the shape of them. Other option is to set in the Advanced Size Function to Curvature and/or Proximity (depending on what you like) at the global mesh level to refine the mesh at the nozzles. See how those 3 choices work out for you and also review the Meshing Training Material on the ANSYS Customer Portal as this is covered in detail their.
