Hi,

I am making a grid in ICEM CFD. After converting it to unstruct mesh, I click on output tab and select solver as Multiblock-info (since I want to save the mesh as coordinates). Then when I write output the following error appears:
'Running ICEM CFD/CAE Multi-block Info Vers. 15.0.0

Family DEFAULT_EDGE exists in family_topo but not in family_boco
child process exited abnormally'
Anybody knows how to tackle this error?

Hi,

You need to define the boundary conditions type of "DEFAULT_EDGE" (output mesh tab > Boundary conditions).

Also you should convert it to Multi-block not unstructured mesh !

Have fun
