Sweep Problem

Greetings,
I am having some issues with Gambit: For some reason when I try doing a sweep of a face to create the volume, the rendered volume does not seem to match the edge lines (in green - see pic) If you have any idea why this is happening I would appreciate your help. Thanks!

This is only a rendering
Mesh your volume and check if you still have this "distorsion" along the mesh. If yes, I would suggest you to do some spit along the "extrusion"-edge I remember I had such problem by "long" sweeps

Thanks for the reply.
I split up the volume in to smaller pieces and it apparently solved the issue.
