Hello, all, I am meshing a two-dimensional reactor model with ICEM. The whole geometry includes solid and fluid part. On the interface of solid and fluid wall, there is catalyst which favors methane combustion. At the leading edge of the wall, there is no catalyst, namely this part is inert. I firstly drew all the curves and named the parts. Then I tried to form the surfaces for solid and fluid respectively. However, after I constructed the surfaces, the inert wall and catalytic wall merged into one part. In my model, I need the inert wall and catalytic wall to be different parts. Can anybody help me with this problem? Thanks very much! Weiqiang |
