Hi there,
I want to create an unstructured tetra mesh around an aircraft with HEXA as boundary layer mesh just like this picture:

I already know prism layer generation but I want to have hexa elements in the boundary layer.
In this Post:

How to generate this kind of mesh?

Simon just listed mesh process:

Accordingly, he posted two videos on YOUTUBE:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHqrCYhXPd4
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmEzZ1zZnsU
But there are some problems!
first of all, he mentioned in the post to generate "2d Surface Blocking" then extruding 2d to 3d. However, in the video, he generates "3d Multizone" block directly. Is there any difference?
Secondly, I did both ways but no answer! I have encountered many many problems as follow:
1- Bad mesh or no mesh on some faces. I don't really understand why! By some manipulations in association and splitting faces this problem may vanish. But I can't get a pattern of how to fix it. Here's the example:

2- ICEM shows some problems in the status bar which has no meaning for me:
Error: 1 of 1 unstructured volume did not mesh
ERR 3104: edge/face intersection near (346.971,-68.8226,7.40949)

3- I have no volume mesh. I don't know why.
If you have any experience in generating this kind of mesh, any help would be appreciated.
